Community Director

Cindy is the community director at Baldwin Farms apartments in Robertsdale, which is a 152-unit community in the heart of Baldwin County. She started her career in property management in 1992 as a leasing agent and has assumed all on-site positions throughout her career. She received her AAS in business administration/marketing from the University of Phoenix. She is an executive board member for the Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and serves on the events committee. Cindy and her amazing team were awarded the 2023 City of Robertsdale business of the year award through the Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, and she clenched the 2023 fantasy football championship this year. Cindy has three children, eight grandchildren, and is the proud owner of two dogs.
